Pricing model changes

A higher number isn't always a price hike. These are changes where a price went up, but the plan changed at the same time, so the old and new prices aren't for the same thing. We list them here, explain each one, and keep them out of Biggest hikes, Latest price hikes and the monthly reports.

Intro price ended: The old price was an introductory or "from" price (for example, "first 50 subscribers"), not the plan's list price.
Allowance changed: The plan now includes more (or different) orders, sessions, products, contacts or credits, so the price buys something else.
Tiers re-cut: Plans were restructured: a new plan took over the old price while the existing plan moved up. We detect this automatically when a new plan appears at exactly the old price.
Pricing basis changed: The app moved from, say, a flat fee plus commission to usage tiers, so the numbers can't be compared directly.
